Yukon is the smallest of Canada’s provinces. It has lots of lakes and snow-filled mountains. Its major industry has historically been the mining of lead, zinc, silver, gold, asbestos and copper. It is the perfect province to go snowboarding, skiing, hiking canoeing and kayaking.

You have a minimum net worth of CDN $250,000 and are prepared to make an investment of at least CDN $150,000 to establish or purchase a business in the Yukon. You can demonstrate an adequate command of one of the official languages of Canada, sufficient to run your business.

Skilled Worker, Skilled Trades, or Canadian Experience Class applicants

You have been offered full-time long term employment by a Yukon Employer in an occupation at NOC Level 0, A, or B and meet the criteria to apply under the Federal Express Entry program in one of the above categories.

Critical Impact Worker Program

Under this program, Employers can nominate you under various conditions. You must have adequate language ability in English or French.
